The Party (house-warming/30th birthday for both Dustin and myself)

Well, considering my last post was telling you about how I was not working on stuff to get ready for the party, I should tell you that we were still ready in time -with a few minutes to spare even!




What a great day! Lots of food, friends, family, and fun! I am so thankful for all the gifts, cards, and well wishes - and no one even told me I was getting old.... yet. I guess once my actual 30th birthday rolls around at the end of the month, I might get a few cracks at my age.

I tried to make a point of snapping shots with all my friends, but of course, I missed a few. I take so many pictures of my kids, and my family, that I often overlook my other "family" of friends. I have so few pictures with these great women who encourage me every day! I have so much fun with you all! I am making a conscious decision to take more pictures of us together - so some day, when we're old and grey, we can look back and smile at "the good ol' days".

With Geena and Sandra -great sisters-in-law; you guys are amazing!

Sharon. Oh, how many laughs, and goofy pictures would I have missed if I weren't friends with you?!

Svetlana - I miss being neighbors with you!!

Shannon- So many good times to come! I know it!:)

Marlene, who also happens to be my mother-in-law, It's your fault I'm addicted to Disney World now! (thanks!!!:)

Sheri- my amazing hair stylist, sister-in-law, and wonderful friend!

Shelly-Oh man, what can I say?! I laugh non-stop with you! Always a hoot!

And Dustin - I know, I'm grouping him with my girl friends, but really- he's my best friend, so I need to keep taking lots of pictures with him obviously too! Love you babe!!

Obviously there are lots of people missing from this post - but I will be blogging those pics when I get them.
