Salsa Chicken

It's been a while since I put a new recipe on here, so I thought I'd add one ... it's one my friend Shelly made when I was over one day and it's SOOO good! Super simple, but completely delicious! I've made it a few times since at her place and I'm always impressed with the tenderness and flavor!

Here's the "recipe" (if it can be called that even):

-Chicken breast (frozen)
-Salsa
-Shredded cheddar cheese

-Arrange the chicken in a casserole dish, spoon salsa over and bake at 375 F for 1 hour uncovered. -Add shredded cheese for the last 10 minutes.

  1. Sounds delish!! Here's another take.... Chicken in crock pot, equal amounts salsa and brown sugar, cook for awhile, then shred up chicken serve in burritos.
